To: All MSU-IIT consituents
 
 
Guidelines in receiving student evacuees from the Mindanao State University main campus concurred in by the Security Office, the Emergency Response Team, the Building Security Office and the Red Cross:
 
Parents accompanying student evacuees should proceed to the Iligan City Disaster, Risk Reduction Management Office through the City Social Welfare Department, Buruun, Iligan City
 
When entering the MSU-IIT campus, student evacuees should observe the following:
 
1. All èßäAVmain campus student evacuees are required to present their ID cards and fill out forms by the Security Office. They give their names, gender, course/year, home address and signature
2. The student evacuees will have to use the pedestrian lanes.
3. No vehicles will be allowed inside except those with MSU-IIT stickers and those of the Red Cross and the official vehicle from the main campus ferrying students to MSU-IIT.
4. Students coming in and out of the campus will have to log in at the Guard House.
5. The COET, CSM, SCS and Prism buildings are off limits to outsiders.
6. The Security Office will post guards in all buildings and strategic areas on campus. 
7. All MSU-IIT constituents should wear their ID cards.
8. The Institute Clinic will field personnel to check on the student evacuees.
9. All members of the Emergency Response Team and the Red Cross will likewise be on hand to assist the student evacuees.
10. MSU-IIT will close all gates by 9:00 PM. The PNP has imposed a 10 PM curfew for Mindanao.
11. At CASS, student evacuees should proceed to the Student Lounge to fill out forms and will be assigned to rooms in CASS.
12. Donations: food, cash and in kind are accepted at the CASS Lounge c/o Assistant Dean Sittie Pasandalan.
