Face-to-face enrollment at MSU-IIT takes place at the university gymnasium and starts on August 8, 2022. Students eligible to enroll are only those who confirmed their slots and were given program confirmation slips.
Important reminder for freshmen enrollees before enrolling:
Make sure that all the documentary requirements are brought for enrollment. The Office of Admissions and Scholarship Administration (OASA) shall check and verify your documents.
The Enrollment Process:
Step 1: Admission Slip Issuance
The student presents identification to the OASA staff who will check the student’s name on the Master List of Programs. The OASA staff then issues an admission slip once verified. The student fills in the admission slip.
Step 2: Document Checking and Verification
The student submits to the OASA staff his/her enrollment documents and the completed admission slip. OASA staff checks and verifies the submitted documents. When documents are in order, the OASA staff signs the admission slip.
Step 3: Program Tagging
The student presents his/her signed admission slip to the OASA staff. The OASA staff tags the program of the student and returns the admission slip to the student
Step 4: Controlling of Subjects and Printing of Certificate of Registration (COR)
The student presents his/her admission slip to the OASA staff assigned. The OASA staff controls the subjects, prints the COR, and gives this to the student. When a student receives his or her COR, he/she is officially enrolled in the university.
OASA staff will then provide the student a checklist of student services (Steps 5-8) he/she will need to take.
*Note: Steps 5-8 can be done starting on August 22, 2022. Enrollees may proceed to Step 9.
Step 5: Interview at the Office of Guidance and Counseling
Step 6: Physical/Medical Assessment at the Office of Medical and Dental Health Services
Step 7: Visit at the College Library
Step 8: Payment of the KASAMA Fee at the Office of the College Executive Council
Step 9: Processing of MSU-IIT Student Identification Card
The student proceeds to the Center for Information and Communication Technology (CICT) for the processing of his/her MSU-IIT student identification card.
*Note: Only 80 ID cards can be generated by the system per day. Students must register at the CICT so they can be given the schedule when they can claim their student ID card.
