Subject: Suspension of Office Work, Classes and All Other Campus Activities from August 06, 2009 to August 09, 2009

This is to inform all constituents of the Institute that office work, classes in all levels, and all other campus activities shall be suspended starting this afternoon, August 06, 2009 until Sunday, August 09, 2009 in view of an information received from the Department of Health (DOH) that we have confirmed cases of A(H1N1) infection.

Hence, there is a need to sanitize the campus in order to prevent the possible spread of the said virus. For this purpose, no one is allowed to enter the campus during this period. However, due to exigencies of service, security guards, clinic personnel, janitors, and construction workers shall continue to report for duty. Nursing faculty and students may also be allowed to assist in the sanitation process.

Classes and offices shall resume on Monday,August 10, 2009.
