Call for Stall Tenants for the Cafeteria of the Integrated Developmental School, MSU-IIT Hinaplanon Campus

The MSUIIT through its Office of the Business Affairs is looking for food caterers/providers who are willing to rent and operate the space in the newly constructed MSUIIT Integrated Developmental School.  The description of this project is given below:

NAME OF THE PROJECT

Stall tenants for the Cafeteria of the MSUIIT Integrated Developmental School

LOCATION

MSUIIT Integrated Developmental School Campus

Hinaplanon, Iligan City

APPLICATION PERIOD

July 23 - August 5, 2024

DEADLINE OF ACCEPTANCE OF LETTER OF INTENT

On or before August 6, 2024

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

1.       At least with (6) months of experience in food catering/providers (either as an owner, staff, or cook) from the date of application

2.       Must be willing to shoulder the expenses for furnishing the cafeteria space into an aesthetically pleasing environment such as but not limited to the following:

  • Physical Lay-out
  • Interior design
  • Provision of Tables & Chairs
  • Solid Waste Management
  • Provision of sub-meters

*Note, however, that the fixtures shall remain at the ownership of the tenant i.e. the tenant can bring them after the expiry of the lease.

 

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

1ST SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS (TO BE SUBMITTED DURING THE APPLICATION PERIOD):

1.       Duly accomplished application form

2.       Letter of Intent

3.      Business Profile indicating the following:

  • Comprehensive outline of related experiences
  • List of references and suppliers with contact addresses and telephone numbers
  • List of past and current companies/ schools serviced as canteen tenant.
  • Business and Sanitary Permit

4.    Financial Statement for 2022 - 2023 (if applicable)

2ND SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS (TO BE SUBMITTED AFTER THE OCULAR INSPECTION):

1.      Lay-out design of cafeteria space

2.      List of personnel with their bio data, health certificates and police clearance and the duties to be assigned to them (if there is already an existing manpower complement)

3.    Proposed Menu with corresponding prices

RENTAL FEE

Rental fee is PhP 8,500.00 per month plus electricity cost and water cost based on actual consumption after reading of the meter.

Please ensure that the letter of intent is addressed to the Office of the Chancellor through the Office of Business Affairs. It must include an active email address and mobile number for ease of notification throughout the selection process. Additionally, it should be personally submitted to the Office of Business Affairs no later than 4:00 PM on August 6, 2024.

Once approved, all applicants will receive notification via text message and email. Subsequently, they are required to attend an Orientation on August 20, 2024. The orientation will cover the selection process and the terms of reference. Please note, a non-refundable registration fee of PhP 500.00 will be collected.
