Pursuant to P.D. No. 1083, which recognizes Muslim Holidays, and in consonance with the 猫咪AVSystem's declaration of Friday, November 27, 2009 as Special Non-Working Holiday in observance of Eid-el-Adha (Day of Sacrifice), the same is hereby observed this Institute.
