In response to the growing threat to man and his environment posed by the rapid changes to the global climate, the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Research and Extension (OVCRE), in cooperation with theKataas-taasang Sanggunian ng mga Mag-aaral (KASAMA) and Cultural Development Office (CDO), will be holding a week long activity on Climate Change Advocacy. The activities to be held from Feb. 22 to 26, 2010 are aimed at spurring awareness among the academic community as well as the other sectors of society on how to mitigate the effects of global climate change.
