February 9, 2012 - Non-permanent Personnel Updates Program

The MSU-IIT Human Resource Management Division- Training and Development Section will be holding the conduct of NON-PERMANENT PERSONNEL UPDATES PROGRAM on February 9, 2012 at 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon at the Institute Mini-theatre.

Copies of Special Order No. 0063-IIT series of 2012 authorizing such activity, dated January 23, 2012 have been distributed earlier to all concered cost centers.

Invited particicipants to this program are the contractual faculty members, casual and job order personnel of the Institute.

The following topics will be discussed during the program:

(1) Personnel policies and rules affecting non-permanent employees of the Institute, this will be presented by Dr. David N. Almarez, Head of the HRM Division;

(2)Funding sources for payment of personal services of non-permanent personnel of the institute will be discussed by Prof. Akima M. Bangcola, the Institute Budget Officer; and

(3) finally, some relevant messages will be given by the Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs, Dr. Edgar W. Ignacio; by the Vice Chancellor for Administration and Finance, Dr. Polaus M. Bari; and by the Institute Chancellor, Dr. Sukarno D. Tanggol respectively.

Said activity will be hosted and facilitated through Hadji Ismael B. Alango, Head of the Training and Development Section and the support of other HRMD staff.
