The American Spaces of the U.S. Embassy in the Philippines in partnership with the English Department of MSU-IIT is hosting a Leaders for Learning Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) Camp. This online course is offered by Harvard University through edX, which focuses on personal theories of learning and how these theories fit into the modern educational landscape. The MOOC Camp sessions aim to gather online learners (education teachers, students, school administrators and individuals from other fields) for four (4) meet-ups, which are strategically divided according to the content of the course and are scheduled within November 2016 to February 2017. The camp provides an avenue to guide the learners throughout the course and to enable them to share and learn from each other’s online learning experiences. |
