HR Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Ensures that the manpower requirements of the factory and field
service are met following the standard recruitment cycle time and that all
policies, documentations, contracts are maintained following the
established guidelines;
- Ensures that the competency assessment and developments plans for
each employee are established and implemented;
- Implements code of conduct and various employee programs to ensure a
harmonious relationship and camaraderie among employees;
- Conducts orientation and monitors performance of probationary
employees.
Requirements:
- Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business
Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least three (3) year related work experience in related field in
a manufacturing set-up.
- Must possess exam administration and interviewing skills, training
and facilitation skills, consulting, coaching and counseling skills
- Must have knowledge of labor laws and discipline administration,
- Must be highly organized and must have the ability to communicate
well across all levels in the organization
- Should possess strong self confidence, high degree of diplomacy and
interpersonal skills
- Perform duties with a high degree of completeness, accuracy,
attention to detail, and follow through; delegate when necessary.
- Easily adapt to a changing environment, which includes ability to
multi-task, and plan and organize a daily work
- Must be computer literate
