Project Title: Processing of Coconut Monoglycerides (CMG) into Functionalized Polyol
for Industrial Polyurethane (PU) Applications (NICER Project
1)

Duration: 6 months
Salary: Php 32,400.00/month
Qualifications, Duties and Responsibilities:
- Must be a Bachelor Degree Holder preferably in engineering, technology,
science, or related disciplines.
- Knowledgeable of basic office and laboratory management
- Strong organizational skills, including the ability to track and manage
operations
- Able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and must be
willing to take initiative to proactively solve conflicts and solve
issues
- Has positive attitude and pleasing personality. Strong analytical,
problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and effectively with
diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Assume the role of science research analyst and will facilitate
technical and scientific duties in the office and laboratory
- Prepare reports and updates concerning his duties and tasks
- Assist in maintaining an efficient and effective office
administration.
- Disseminate research findings through publications in peer-reviewed
journals, presentations at conferences, and participation in technology
showcases, exhibitions, and fora.
- Engage in technology transfer and commercialization activities to
maximize the impact of research outcomes and facilitate the adoption of
innovative solutions by industry and society.
- Maintain compliance with institutional, ethical, and regulatory
standards for research conduct, including intellectual property rights, and
environmental sustainability.
