Specialist (First Philippine Industrial Park (FPIP), Sto.
Tomas, Batangas)
Responsibilities:
- Prepares and distributes Performance Appraisal forms for employees
due for regularization & promotion.
- Ensures timely retrieval of such through constant follow up with
the managers/supervisors concerned.
- Assists in the design of human resource development programs by
conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) through survey and interview with
department manager concerned. Develops Individual Training Plan (ITP)
based on TNA.
- Assists in the design of feedback system to evaluate effectiveness
of training programs and to ascertain that the objectives of the program
are met. Prepares summary of the results and submits to immediate superior
for appropriate action.
- Conducts research studies with other institutions/parties on the
conduct of training programs and emerging human resource development
trends.
- Assists in establishing career patterns and career development
programs for professional, technical and rank and file employees of the
company.
- Ensures the conduct of training programs through constant
monitoring of participants’ attendance. Prepares and issues training
certificate to successful participants.
- Assists the company’s culture development initiatives.
- Assists in addressing leadership and behavioral competency
development requirements for all employee groups.
- Assists the institutionalization of training processes, systems and
infrastructure to ensure effective and efficient operations.
- Assists in the implementation of identified organizational
capability and performance management system.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in AB/BS in Psychology, Behavioral Science or other
related sciences;
- At least three (3) years of working experience in the related field
is required for this position;
- Experience in the HR function in a manufacturing facility i.e.
organizational streamlining, employee development/training, strategic
planning, performance management, and succession planning;
- Can command presence and has exceptional presentation skills;
- Good leadership, organizational and analytical skills and ability
to handle stressful situations;
- Can work independently with minimum supervision;
- Experience in setting-up a mechanism of building behavioral and
technical resource supply that will address the requirements of the
company is preferred;
- Ability to design and implement programs that will bridge the gap
between individual competencies versus job competency requirement for all
levels in the organization;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to be relocated in Luzon particularly in Sto. Tomas,
Batangas.
