Qualifications:
- Must possess
at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Applications, Computer
Science and/or Engineering, Information Technology and/or Systems, or any
related field.
- Specialization in embedded systems, IoT, or RFID technologies;
familiarity with the SparkFun M series module is an advantage.
- Proven
experience in microcontroller integration, RFID system design, and security
monitoring.
- Strong
analytical skills for identifying vulnerabilities in laboratory asset
management.
- Excellent
documentation and report-writing abilities.
- Capable of
working independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work
environment.]
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work 8 hours
per day (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) from 9:00 AM to 6:00
PM.
- Conduct
research to identify common vulnerabilities in laboratory asset management
and analyze theft patterns.
- Design,
develop, and implement an RFID-based monitoring system using the SparkFun
M7E module.
- Integrate
hardware and software for real-time data acquisition and
monitoring.
- Develop
prototypes through 3D modeling and fabrication to support system
design.
- Regularly
report progress and collaborate with the project leader and
team.
- Prepare
detailed documentation, including system designs, procedures, and progress
reports.
- Assist in
preparing quarterly and terminal reports.
- Ensure all
development processes adhere to quality standards and project
deadlines.
- Stay updated
on emerging technologies and best practices in embedded systems and RFID
solutions.
