Qualifications:
- Preferably BS
Chem graduate
- Knowledgeable
in using MS office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, )
- Must possess
excellent communication and organizational skills
- Willing to do
overtime, if needed
- Willing to be
trained to use lab instruments
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Report to the
laboratory on time.
- Render at
least 8 hours of work daily for all working days of the month.
- Process
papers pertinent to the project.
- Keep the
laboratory in order at all times.
- Prepare
samples for analysis/assays.
- Perform
assays of the samples.
- Wash all
materials used every after lab work.
- Keep a record
of all laboratory activities.
- Prepare a
report of all the results of every assay.
- Help in the
preparation of the Quarterly reports.
- Serve as
property custodian of all the materials acquired from the
Project.
- Perform all
laboratory protocol in consultation with the project leader at all
times.
- Prepare
and update an inventory of the lab supplies (chemicals and consumables),
glassware, and equipment related to the project.
- Assist the
project leader in other activities related to the project that are not
enumerated above.
