AGRINANAS DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, INC., a subsidiary of Del Monte Fresh Produce is in need of applicants for the following positions:

FINANCE MANAGER

• Applicant must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy with good scholastic records
• Must be a Certified Public Accountant
• Male or female
• With at least Five (5) years of experience in the field of accounting, taxation and cost management
• Experience in plantation accounting is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in HR/admin management, accounting, auditing, controlling and budgeting activities
• Knowledgeable in financial models and databases
• Highly analytical and with a keen attention to details
• Proficient in MS Office
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Highly organized, smart, with good interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a flexible and challenging environment
  

PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

• A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Agriculture.
• Male, not more than 35 years old.
• Preferably with experience in banana plantations or similar fields
• Excellent analytical skills
• Must know how to drive and holder of a valid driver鈥檚 license.
• Willing to be assigned in the province of Bukidnon specifically in Talakag, Baungon and Libona

PEST and DISEASE CONTROL SUPERVISOR

• A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Agriculture Major in Pathology
• Male, not more than 35 years old
• Must have an experience in banana plantations or similar fields
• Excellent analytical skills
• Must know how to drive and holder of a valid driver鈥檚 license
• Willing to be assigned in the province of Bukidnon specifically in Talakag, Baungon and Libona.

ENGINEERING SUPERVISOR

• Applicant must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering
• With good scholastic records
• Male
• With at least three (3) years experience in supervisory position
• Area of assignment is in Talakag, Bukidnon

ACCOUNTANT

• Applicant must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy with good scholastic records
• Must be a Certified Public Accountant
• Male or female
• With at least three (3) years of experience in the field of accounting, taxation and cost management
• Experience in plantation accounting is an advantage
• Must be a team player and can work with minimum supervision

FARM INVENTORY ACCOUNTANT

• Applicant must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy with good scholastic records
• Male
• With at least three (3) years of experience in the field of accounting, taxation and cost management
• Experience in plantation accounting is an advantage
• Must be a team player and can work with minimum supervision
• Must know how to drive and holder of a valid driver鈥檚 license.
• Area of assignment is in Talakag, Bukidnon

SUPERVISOR TRAINEES

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Agriculture
• Between 20 and 30 years old
• With above average scholastic records
• With above average communication skills
• Willing to undergo six (6) months on-the-job training in the following areas of Bukidnon: Talakag, Baungon and Libona
• Physically Fit
