COTABATO SUGAR CENTRAL CO., INC, an established industrial firm located in Matalam, North Cotabato is presently looking for qualified applicants to join the team. We are looking for dynamic and topnotch professionals to fill-up the following positions:

PLANTERS RELATION OFFICER

• A Graduate of Agriculture preferably Agriculturist with teaching experience, at least 5 years experience in similar business/function and 3 years of which in managerial capacity. Possess thorough knowledge in agricultural practices and business processes, policies, systems and procedures. Must have good leadership qualities. Must be able to analyze, design and recommend quality improvement programs, computer literate and good in both oral and written communication.

ENGINEERING AND MAINTENANCE SECTION HEAD

• Must be a licensed Mechanical Engineer, with at least 3 years experience in similar field; 2 yrs. Supervisory level with technical adequacy in the repair and maintenance of heavy mobile equipment and fabrication of factory parts/tools, plus knowledge of engineering principles, safety regulations, company operations, departmental procedures and practices. Must have good leadership qualities. Must be computer literate and good in both oral and written communication.

HEALTH AND SAFETY OFFICER

• Must be a Licensed Mechanical Engineer or Industrial Engineer; with at least 2 years experience in industrial works and manufacturing process. With technical adequacy on occupational safety and understanding on statutory regulations and company policies, systems, and procedures related to safety. Must be computer literate with knowledge on AutoCAD and Microsoft office. Self-motivated and can work under pressure with minimum supervision. Possesses leadership skills, high motivation, and efficient communication skills.

GENERAL SERVICES IN-CHARGE

• Licensed Civil Engineer with at least 3 years experience in engineering and construction projects. Position requires technical adequacy in general servicing and administrative/civil works principles, project planning and implementations. With ability to draft plans, prepare programs of works and cost estimates Computer literate; with knowledge on AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.

AUTOMATION ENGINEER/DCS PROGRAMMER

• Must be a Licensed ECE; with at least 3 years experience in industrial works and manufacturing process. With technical adequacy in the field of automation systems and practical applications plus knowledge of engineering principles, safety regulations, company operations. Must be able to analyze, design and recommend quality improvement programs and computer literate.

INSTRUMENTATION SUPERINTENDENT

• Must be a licensed ECE with 3 years managerial experience. With at least 5-7 years experience in sugar production. Has technical adequacy in the field of instrumentation systems and practical applications plus knowledge of engineering principles, safety regulations, company operations, departmental procedures and practices. Must be able to analyze, design and recommend quality improvement programs and computer literate.

INSTRUMENTATION SECTION HEAD

• Must be a licensed ECE, with at least 3 years experience in similar field; 2 yrs. Supervisory level with technical adequacy in the field of instrumentation systems and practical applications plus knowledge of engineering principles, safety regulations, company operations, departmental procedures and practices. INSTRUMENTATION PLANNER

• Must be a licensed ECE, with at least 3 years experience in similar field; 2 yrs. Supervisory level with technical adequacy in the field of instrumentation systems planning and design and practical applications plus knowledge of engineering principles, safety regulations, company operations, departmental procedures and practices. Must have good leadership qualities. Must be computer literate and good in both oral and written communication

POWER/ELECTRICAL SECTION HEAD

• Must be a Licensed EE; with at least 3 years experience in industrial works and manufacturing process. With technical adequacy in the field of power and electrical systems and practical applications plus knowledge of engineering principles, safety regulations, company operations.  Must have good leadership qualities. Must be computer literate and good in both oral and written communication

POWER/ELECTRICAL PLANNER

• Must be a Licensed EE; with at least 3 years experience in industrial works and manufacturing process; with technical adequacy in the field of power and electrical systems planning and design and practical applications plus knowledge of engineering principles, safety regulations, company operations; Must be able to analyze, design and recommend quality improvement programs and computer literate.

MANAGEMENT TRAINEE

• Must be a licensed Engineer (ME, CHE, EE, CE, ECE); with very good scholastic records; with high leadership and supervisory skills, computer literate with knowledge on AUTOCAD and with good background in engineering design, research and development. 

QUALITY ASSURANCE SECTION HEAD

• Must be a licensed Chemical Engineer, Sugar Technologist or Chemist with two years supervisory experience. With at least 3 years experience or training in quality assurance operations as analyst. With technical adequacy in raw sugar manufacturing especially in quality assurance and plant operations. Proficiency in oral and written communication/Computer literate. Must have good leadership qualities.

REFINERY ANALYST

• Must be a graduate of BS Chemistry, BS Chemical Engineering, Sugar Technology or other related courses. With good understanding and skills on laboratory testing, analysis and quality control systems. With technical adequacy in sugar process analysis. Must be computer literate.

CRUSHER JUICE ANALYST

• Must be a graduate of BS Chemistry, BS Chemical Engineering, BS Biology, BS Food Technology, BS Nutrition or other related courses. With knowledge on quality assurance laboratory operations and techniques. With technical adequacy in analyzing samples of cane juices and sugar samples. Must be computer literate.

OPERATORS

• Must be a graduate of Technology Major in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, and Electronics or Non-licensed Engineers. With experience in industrial works and manufacturing process. With technical adequacy in the field of industrial/manufacturing systems and practical applications. Must be computer literate.
