TVI Resource Development (Phils.) Inc. needs highly qualified, experienced, dedicated, and motivated individuals with a varied mix of operational and technical skills for its operations.

ZAMBOANGA BASED

MINE MANAGER

• Responsible for the safe and steady delivery of ore supply to the mill
• Ensures ore deliveries are well coordinated with the mill operations for an efficient plant recovery and optimized production.
• Leads team in optimizing the value of the ore reserves by developing/ improving systems for a cost efficient and cost effective mining plan and operations.

Requirements:

• Licensed Mining Engineer/ Metallurgical Engineer/ Civil Engineer/ Geologist or equivalent
• At least 10 years of proven track record in open pit operations; 5 years of which was in mine planning (mine feasibility/ design, equipment selection, cost optimization and production scheduling) and at least 2 years as production supervisor

MILL MANAGER

• Responsible for the attainment of the mill production goals and targets, as well as the efficient utilization of all resources available for milling operations.

Requirements: 

• Licensed Metallurgical Engineer/ Chemical Engineer
• At least 10 years of relevant work experience
• Managerial experience in a mineral processing plant
• Knowledge of the flotation and CIP processes 

SENIOR METALLURGIST

• Identifies and leads the execution of short/ long term research and development initiatives
• Provides operational support through day to day optimization and troubleshooting
• Provides technical support to major project/ expansion initiatives

Requirements:

• Licensed Metallurgical Engineer
• 4-6 years of relevant work experience

JUNIOR MINING ENGINEER

• Provides necessary technical assistance to facilitate planning, organizing and development of mines and mine structures including its mine processing, operation and maintenance

Requirements:

• Licensed Mining Engineer
• 1-3 years of work experience

JUNIOR METALLURGIST

• Recommend metallurgical process improvement (mill production and cost optimization)
• Ensure mill processes quality control
• Ensure mill cost control
• Prepare the production reports

Requirements:

• Licensed Metallurgical Engineer
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience

SURVEYORS/ INSTRUMENTMAN

• Leads survey crew in undertaking mine development surveys
• Operate surveying instruments such as Total Stations and GPS equipment
• Conduct surveys for construction of roads, structures, etc.

Requirements:

• At least College level with Engineering background
• At least 2 years related work experience
• Capable of executing land surveys using Total Stations and GPS equipment
• Knowledge in survey-related computations

FIELD ASSISTANTS

• Assists Geologist(s) during field mapping, sampling and drilling monitoring.
• Responsible on drilling activities; supervise core checkers, setup azimuth and inclination, drill pad preparation, access road construction,etc.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma
• At least 10 years relevant work experience
