HIRING – FEBRUARY 29- MARCH 2, 2012 – TOPBRASS REVIEW CENTER, ELENA TOWER INN, ILIGAN CITY

Supervisor (Maintenance, Production)

1. Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical); PRC license is an advantage
2. Preferably with knowledge and skills in rolling mill and steel manufacturing
3. At least 2 years of experience in heavy industries, with extensive knowledge in electrical (e.g. PLC, automation) and mechanical (hydraulic, pneumatic, pumps & electromechanical system) maintenance

Engineers

1. Male, 20-30 years old
2. Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial engineering or related courses
3. Knowledge and skills in manufacturing or industrial companies (fresh graduates are welcome)

Technicians

1. Male, 20-35 years old
2. Diploma in ElectroMechanic/Electronic/Mechanical/Industrial Technology or related technical/vocational courses
3. Knowledge and skills in any of the following: welding, fabrication, basic machine operation, PLC and automation, lathe machine, shaper machine, milling machine and CNC.

Logistics Personnel (Warehouse Staff, Distribution Assistant, Inventory Assistant, Cargo Processor)

1. Male/Female, 20-30 years old
2. Any college degree
3. Background in warehouse management or logistics
4. Proficiency in computer applications (MS Word, Excel)

Accountant

1. Male/Female, 25 – 40 years old
2. Experience in cost accounting and audit for industrial plants

Human Resources and Administration Officer

1. Male/Female, 20-30 years old
2. Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences or related Liberal Arts courses
3. Knowledge and skills (preferably experience) in employee relations, training and development, recruitment, selection and retention, performance management, files and record management and benefits and salary administration
4. Proficiency in computer applications (MS Word, Excel)
