Qualifications:
(1) For ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering graduate
- With basic knowledge in electrical engineering scope of works in
electric generation business
- Must be good in oral and written communication
- Must have people-handling skills
(1) For CIVIL ENGINEERING
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering graduate
- With basic knowledge in civil engineering scope of works in electric
generation business
- Must be good in oral and written communication
- Must have people-handling skills
(1) For MECHANICAL ENGINEERING
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering graduate
- With basic knowledge in mechanical engineering scope of works in
electric generation business

SERVICE INSPECTORS
(Customer Service Department)
Qualifications:
- Graduate in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Technology
- Professional Driver’s License R12
Work assignments:
- Conduct field inspection/evaluation of applicant’s service
facilities to ensure safety and compliance with company policies, service
standards and government laws
- Prepare and submit Daily Accomplishment Report
- Fill up service memo with inspection result/s.
- Advise inspection findings
- Attend to service applicants’ queries
(1) MOTORPOOL SUPERVISOR
(Logistics / Motorpool Department)
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Mechanical Engineering(preferably Registered
ME).
- With at least 2 to 3 years technical experience
- Preferably computer literate
- With Professional Driver’s License RC 2
- Must be good in oral and written communication
- Must have people-handling skills
- Must have good analytical and decision making skills
Work assignments:
- To plan, implement, monitor and supervise the functional activities
relating to vehicle dispatching, repair and maintenance of vehicles,
office, building and all facilities maintenance.
(1) MC MECHANIC
(Logistics / Motorpool Department)
Qualifications:
- High school or Technology Graduate
- With Professional Driver’s License R12
- With experience in motorcycle repair
Work assignments:
- Do the preventive maintenance and repair of company motorcycles and
other related job which maybe assigned for expediency of service.
REGISTERED ELECTRICAL ENGINEERS
[REE],
CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANTS [CPA]
and
A GRADUATE OF INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING, or COMPUTER SCIENCE, or
INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY, or INFORMATION MANAGEMENT.
Successful applicants will handle the position of an INTERNAL
AUDIT STAFF, whose major tasks include the following:
- Carry out a programmed audit
- Review & evaluate the Company’s business processes,
systems, policies & procedures, standards & practices
- Ensure appropriate control measures and productivity in all areas
of operations
- Conducts financial studies, productivity measures, time &
motion studies
- Report preparation
COMMUNITY RELATIONS
SUPERVISOR
(CUSTOMER & COMMUNITY RELATIONS DEPARTMENT)
Qualifications:
- College graduate; any 4 year course
- At least 2 years’ experience on any public related
functions.
- Possess the following knowledge and skills: Analytical Skills;
Communication Skills; Driving skills; Computer literate; and customer
oriented.
ASSISTANT IN-HOUSE COUNSEL
(Legal Services Department)
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor of Laws and a Bar Examination Passer
- More than one (1) year law practice or employment as corporate
lawyer
Work assignments:
- To assist the In-house Counsel in carrying out the functional
activities of the Legal Services Department such as rendering legal
opinion or advice; Perform legal research & services for the company;
Acts as Counsel of cases before the court, tribunals, quasi-judicial
bodies, other governmental bodies for and as may be authorized by the
company.
(2) LINE DESIGN STAFF
(Line Planning & Maintenance Department)
Qualifications:
- Registered Electrical Engineer
- With combined exposure in line design, estimating, construction and
maintenance works, preferably with experience on Underground Distribution
Systems
- Preferably with background in AutoCAD (2D, 3D)
- With Professional Driver’s License RC 2
- Must be good in oral and written communication
- Must have good analytical and decision making skills
Work assignments:
- (1st assignment): Performs Survey/Inspection of
Applications, Project Costing and Working Plan Preparation, Work Order
Preparation, Pole Numbering Assignment and other Line Design Staff Related
Functions.
- (2nd assignment): Performs Monitoring of DOE
Projects, Site Inspection, Reporting, Editing of Project Cost Estimates
and Working Plan, Pole Staking, Coordination with Contractors/Implementors
of Projects and Other Line Design Staff Related Functions.
POWER QUALITY TECHNICIAN
(Distribution Planning & Development
Department)
Qualifications:
- Graduate in BS Electrical Engineering
- Preferably Registered Master Electrician or equivalent
- Professional Driver’s License R12
Training & Experience Required:
- Basic lineman’s training
- Power metering
- Basic power quality training
Work assignments:
- Power Quality analyzer inspection
- Load profiling
- Power Quality monitoring
- Transformer loading monitoring
EQUIPMENT TECHNICIAN
(TSD / ETR Department)
Qualifications:
- Graduate in BS Electrical Engineering
- Professional Driver’s License R12
Skills Required:
- Knowledge in electrical engineering theories/practices with emphasis
on power equipment maintenance;
- Analytical skills;
- computer literate;
- oxy-acytelene & arc welding skills
Work assignments:
- Conducts preventive maintenance, testing, calibration, repair &
recording and/or monitoring of T&D equipment
- To ensure the reliability of T&D equipment installed in the
system.
- Conducts required preventive maintenance, testing & repairs
T&D facilities contracted by CEPALCO’s External Services
Group.
DISTRIBUTION TRANSFORMER (DT)
REPAIRMAN
(TSD / ETR Department)
Qualifications:
- Electrical Technology or College level
- Experience in DT rewinding and repair for 2
years
