Position: SALES TRAINING ASSISTANT

Job Description:

The Sales Training Assistant is responsible for training, development and motivation of the sales force. The job holder will support the Branch Manager in driving sales performance and sales force motivation. Candidate should be a degree holder in Communications Arts, Social Sciences, Education or Business course; Must have high leadership potential and background in sales and/or training; Has above average service orientation; with excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Should be flexible, mobile and willing to be assigned anywhere. The candidate should exhibit passion for winning and an innovative attitude. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications:

1. Female (Single or Married)
2. College Degree Holder
3. 25-29 years old
4. With Background in Sales and Training
5. At least 5’7” in height with pleasing personality

Rate: 8,000-9,000 PER MONTH
