Communications Officer
Job Description:
A Communications Officer's primary role is to establish and maintain a
solid Company public image and reputation. Understands the corporate
vision, mission and values and offers support to the company's needs,
promotions of various products and services offered by the Company keeping
in mind the understanding and attainment of business goals.
Personal Profile Required:
- Female
- 22-30 years of age
- Pleasing personality
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, journalism or public relations
and related fields
Entry-Leve Qualifications:
- Computer literate
- Good organizational, time management, analytical and the ability to
work accurately and meet deadlines.
- Ability to exercice flexibility, initiative and good judgement.
- Knowledge of marketing and product management.
- Knowledge of media relation and networking.
- Familiar with information communication operation and business
environment.
Skills required:
- Good customer-service
- Display good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Can prepare company promotional material, articles and newletters
usign the company website and print.
- Organize and coordinate company functions and events
Work experience, trainings attended and other credentials
- Public Relations or Marketing experience is a plus.

Credit Officer
Job Description:
Credit Officer is first of all a SALES person. Responsible to find,
keep and to evaluate if the customer is creditworthy by collecting maximum
information about the customers and their loan demand keeping in mind the
understanding and attainment of set business goals of the Company.
Personal Profile Required:
- Male or Female
- 22-30 years of age
- Pleasing personality
Entry-Leve Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (Marketing,
Accounting, Banking and Finance and other entrpreneurial courses)
- Computer literate
- Good organizational, time management, analytical and the ability to
work accurately and meet deadlines.
- Ability to exercice flexibility, initiative and good judgement and
discretion.
- Substantial related clerical/administrative skills and
experience.
- Incumbent must pass a background investigation.
Skills required:
- Good customer-service
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Work experience, trainings attended and other credentials
- Prior banking and micro-finance experience.
- Good knowledge of the different Barangays in Iligan and nearby
provinces.
