The Xavier University GOVERNANCE AND LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE (XU-GLI) is now accepting applicants for PROGRAM MANAGER.

Competencies:

• BS graduate either in Economics, Public Administration, Sociology, Business Management, Agri-business, Marketing, Community Development, Social Work or related degrees
• Experience in the fields of program development and proposal making
• Proven competency in conducting trainings, mentoring and coaching organizations and individuals
• Linkage and networking skills with government agencies, LGUs and private sector donor institutions
• Strong background and knowledge in participatory approaches with basic understanding of Bridging Leadership (BL) Framework and Multistakeholder Processes (MSP)
• At least 3 years managerial experience
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
