Center Manager 

Jon Qualifications

-BS IT/ComSci, or Engineering, or Business Administration or any related field;

-Preferably with Master Degree in related field;

-At least 5 years project Management experience as a Project Manager or Manager of Startups or a combination of experience in these roles;

-In-depth experience in Program Management, Methodologies, Processes, and Tools, Strategic Planning, Strategic Marketing, Business Intelligence, Financial Analysis, Operations Management and General Administration;

-Strong competency in stakeholder management witha client-centric attitude addressing risk and issues as well as identifying business opportunities;

-Excellent Listening, verbal and written commnication and documentations skills

-A keen, flexible and aggressive intelect with superb conceptual thinking, analytical and problem solving skills

-Ability to thrive in fast-paced multi cultural, and customer oriented environment.

Job Description

-Responsible for the day-today operations of the CIT Facility;

-Executes Center's marketing plans and strategies in coordination with the Project Leader;

-Supervises staff, internsm physical faciltites of the Center;

-Plans and monitors progress of the Center and of each incubatee/venture team;

-Coordinate mentoring sessions with partners

-Organizes workshops and events;

-Prepare reports to funding agencies and stakeholders;

-Perform additional task as deemed necessary.
