Job Specification:

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Engineering - Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical,

preferably with license

• Good understanding and adherence to REPUBLIC Group Safety, Health, and

Environmental standards with strong Safety Management culture and practices.

• With at least 5 years of experience in the cement industry

• Good knowledge of the cement manufacturing process – raw meal preparation, burning,

combustion, grinding (experience as a Process Engineer is a plus factor)

• Able to work well under pressure and with minimum supervision

• Results oriented, highly organized, and keen to details

• Computer literate

• Good coordination and communication skills, diligent, and a team player
