Accounting, Business, Economics or Management Engineering Graduate, preferable CPA

• Master’s in Business Management is a plus
• At least 3 years combined experience in planning and business development, budget development, business performance review, market research, economic forecasting and rate-making
• Knowledge/Skills in Business Planning and Performance Review, Financial Analysis/Forecasting
• Excellent Communications and Interpersonal Relations
• Written and Verbal Communications Skills
• Proficient in MS Applications
