POSITION TITLE: Rates & Regulatory Assistant

DEPARTMENT/SECTION: Finance & RC/ Regulatory Compliance and Management Services

QUALIFICATIONS GUIDE

• Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics or Economics Graduate
• Preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• At least 2 years combined experience in rates management, forecasting or equivalent
• Knowledge in Utility Regulations and Legislations
• Rates Analysis, Formulation and Basic Forecasting
• Excellent Communications and Interpersonal Relations
• Written and Verbal Communications Skills
• Proficient in MS Applications
