QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum education: College
graduate preferably in Business Administration, Marketing Management,
Entrepreneurial Science, and Economics with in-depth background in
Marketing and Sales Industry
Minimum experience: At least one (1)
year experience in related work, or with more than three (3) years of solid
experience as Marketing Specialist or Member Relations Officer preferably
in a cooperative setting or related financial institution.

ASSIGNMENT: Head Office (Marketing Department)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develops feedback mechanism system, from the guidelines, flowchart, up
to implementing materials/support.
- Conceptualizes, formulates and develops a whole year round member-care
programs and activities.
- Initiates development and updating of Frequently Ask Questions (FAQs)
about the coop, products and services and updates.
- Develops guidelines, programs and activities regarding service quality,
retention programs for the members and loyalty programs.
- Develops monitoring tool to measure effectiveness of programs
implemented in the branches.
- Ensures sustainability of service quality in the branches.
- Ensures the implementation and sustainability of member-care programs
in the branches.
- Assists and gives support to Branch Marketing Officer regarding
preparation of member’s certification, stocks certificate and other
documents as necessary.
- Communicates with the Branch Manager or Branch Marketing Officer openly
to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and
requests related to member care and programs.
- Monitors the implementation activities, and programs in the
branches.
- Ensures a timely submission of Branch Membership database to the Head
Office.
- Ensures timely submission of Branch Membership data for month such as
new members recruited, membership withdrawal for the month, and
member’s complaint.
- Conducts annual member-satisfaction program either through survey or
focus group discussion.
- Coordinates and plans event related to member-care programs.
- Creates annual plan on how to boot the relationship of the members
towards the cooperative.
