Our company XTech-RBN is a sales and service company handling equipment sales and service as well as parts sales to various semiconductor company. We have HQ in Singapore and deals with suppliers from USA , UK , Finland , Denmark , Germany and Asia .

I am looking for a female Sales/Service/Administrative Assistant. Independent, highly trainable, self-driven, English conversant both in written and oral. Computer or IT knowledge is preferred.
 
Basic jobs are the following:

• As Office Admin Assistant reporting to me and oversee the office
• As Office Accounting/ Bookkeeping Assistant reporting our Finance in Singapore HQ
• As Sales Assistant reporting to me, customers and with suppliers abroad for orders and deliveries
• As Service Coordinator reporting to me and coordinates with the service team and the customers
• As Inventory Coordinator reporting to me, the customer and to Singapore HQ

We are five in the office and we manage & support more than 20 customers and still expecting more depending on sales. Current job has less work but expected to ramp up as she learns to run her tasks/operation more by herself.
 
Our location is Cabuyao, Laguna, nearly 10 km away from Enchanted Kingdom, Sta. Rosa Laguna. We assist in looking for a boarding house and other necessities.
