QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering or preferably master’s degree in Mining
  Engineering (or a closely related field) from a reputable university
•  Must be a licensed Mining Engineer or a Licensed Geologist
•  Preferably at least 1 year of teaching experience
• Must have at least 8 hours of relevant training
• Must have the capability to teach a variety of Mining Engineering courses

1. Duly accomplished and Notarized Personal Data Sheet (PDS) (CS Form No. 212, Revised 2017) with recent passport-sized ID pictures and thumb mark affixed on the space provided together with the Work Experience Sheet which can be downloaded at  
2. Performance rating in the present position for one (1) year (if applicable);
3. Photocopy of Transcript of Records;
4. Photocopy of Diploma;
5. Photocopy of Certificate of Training/s
6. Certificate of Employment; (if applicable);
7. Service Record; and
8. Resume
