MSU-IIT secured accreditation from the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Council for Professional Teachers as CPD Provider through the efforts and initiative of College of Arts and Social Sciences (CASS) Dean, Dr. Marie Joy Banawa and Prof. Chem Pantorilla. This recognition was given on May 2, 2024, and will be valid until May 2027.
The entailment of this accreditation allows for the Center for Advanced Education and Life Long Learning (CAELL) with the different colleges to create professional development activities for teachers that allow them to earn CPD points.
As a CPD Provider, MSU-IIT commits to equipping professionals with advanced knowledge, skills, and values in specialized or inter- or multidisciplinary fields of study.
