Overview

The Office of the Vice Chancellor for Research and Enterprise (OVCRE) is the unit tasked to stimulate, assist, fund, manage, coordinate, evaluate research projects, and the publication of research outputs of the academic and nonacademic personnel of the Institute. Its other activities also include initiating research-based extension projects and establishing linkages with research funding institutions and support agencies/organization.

The composite structure of the OVCRE consists of the following:

• Knowledge and Technology Transfer Office-Innovation and Technology Support Office (KTTO - ITSO)
• MSU-IIT Center for Resiliency
• Center for Human Rights Education (CHRE)
• Commission on Higher Education-Philippine Higher Education Research Network (CHED-PHERNet) Center
