A remarkable opportunity to strengthen and foster the University’s commitment to promoting Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) in the community was held yesterday, February 13, 2025, during the MSU-IIT Stakeholders Summit at the University Gymnasium.
Organized by the WE CARE Office of the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Public Affairs, this event brought together partners and stakeholders of MSU-IIT in their extension programs, faculty members, extensionists, researchers, students, and staff.
True to its event theme, “A Celebration of Partnership and Progress in Community Engagements,” 60 extension projects were launched, which according to WE CARE Director, Prof. Rosario Reserva is “the biggest number for the last three years.”
These partnerships were formalized with a Ceremonial Memorandum of Agreement Signing participated by Chancellor Alizedney Ditucalan, Prof. Reserva, and MSU-IIT Stakeholders.
“We are a force for change, a university with a heart, and a committed partner in building a brighter future for our community,” the Chancellor wrote in his Facebook post.
With these projects set in motion, the University continues to expand its impact on the community.
