MSU-IIT furthers its international collaborations by signing a Tripartite Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Laboratory of Animal Genomics of the Chungbuk National University of South Korea and MSU-Lanao del Norte Agricultural College today, October 9, 2024, at the CSM Faculty Lounge.
Today’s gathering was attended by Chancellor Alizedney M. Ditucalan; Prof. Dr. Kwan Suk Kim from the Chungbuk National University; Asst. Prof. Jorge Michael D. Dominguez from UP Los Banos; CSM Dean, Dr. Jan Michelle V. Maratas; CSM Asst. Dean, Dr. Carlo Stephen O. Moneva; CSM College Secretary, Dr. Annielyn Tampus; Dept. of Biological Sciences Chairperson, Dr. Mylah V. Tabelin; Director of the Center for Biodiversity Studies and Conservation, Dr. Sharon Rose Tabugo; MSU-LNAC Campus Superintendent, Dr. Indihra Dimaporo-Tawantawan, Al-Hadja; and MSU-LNAC Campus Secretary, Dr. Ethel Theresa Alvia.
This MOU is forged with the commitment to strengthen the research and teaching activities of each party through collaboration. Chancellor Ditucalan shared in his message that the recent debut of MSU-IIT in the THE World University Rankings revealed that the University scored the highest in the international outlook criterion, a result of forming global linkages such as this one.
With this collaboration, all parties are more than ready to embark on a path of shared knowledge and expertise, leaning toward advancements that will continuously improve their education and research landscape.
